Bulk orders are not allowed at this time, however, if we decide to add a wholesale feature will we announce it on the website. 

PRODUCT/PRICING

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue a product at anytime. Products are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display the colors and images of our products accurately on our website. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of your computer monitors display.             

ORDERS

We reserve the right to refuse any order a user places. We reserve the right to cancel an order. However, we will attempt to notify you with a reason why the order was canceled via the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number that the user provided when the order was placed. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of orders per website user per household or pre-order. We reserve the right to prohibit orders based on our judgement that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.                 

BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide us with your most current and up to date purchase and account information including e-mail address for all purchases made on our website so your order can be completed and we can contact you as needed. 

USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, SUBMISSIONS, SOCIAL MEDIA

If we request submission for sharing/reposting your content on social media, contest entries, you send creative ideas or suggestions online or via email or comments. You agree that we may publish. We are not obligated to maintain the confidentially of any comments, pay for comments or respond to any comments. You agree that your comments will not be unlawful, hateful, obscene or abusive. We are not responsible for any comments you make and the accuracy of the comments. We do not assume liability any comments posted by you or any third-party.

If we discover typographical errors or any inaccuracies and omissions that relate to product descriptions, prices and shipping charges. We reserve the right to correct the errors, change or update the product information or cancel orders that have been submitted.

To the extent that the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
